By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your session date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Studio 728B cancels the booking. Final payment is due prior to gallery delivery.

Image Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Studio 728B. Clients receive a personal use license for their delivered images. Commercial usage requires separate licensing.

Gallery Delivery

Client galleries are delivered digitally and are available for the retention period stated at time of booking. Studio 728B is not responsible for images after the client has downloaded them.
